We accept returns within fourteen days, subject to your fabric being returned to us within it's original packaging and in the immaculate condition in which we dispatch all of our orders.  Please do not open jelly rolls, or layers cake from their sealed enclosures. This does not affect your statutory rights. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.   Please note that refunds of postage only occur in respect of faulty goods.
Refunds will be issued at the earliest possible opportunity. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at
